I had the pleasure of staying at this property during my travel nursing assignment at Nationwide hospital downtown Columbus. The location was perfect, with a quick commute of only 20ish minutes. The one-bedroom luxury condo was stunning, with high ceilings and modern appliances that made my stay very comfortable. I appreciated the pet-friendly policy, as I was able to bring my cat with me. The community was not only beautiful but also safe, making me feel right at home. The property is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and stores, and just a few minutes away from Dublin Bridge Park. My experience at this property exceeded my expectations, and I enjoyed it so much that I decided to renew my lease for another three months. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Columbus.

I had the pleasure of staying at this property during a work assignment at a data center build in Plain City, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The location was ideal just a quick 10-minute commute and the one-bedroom luxury condo was absolutely stunning. High ceilings, modern appliances, and thoughtful design made my stay incredibly comfortable.

The community itself is beautiful and safe, which made me feel right at home. I also appreciated the convenience of being within walking distance to restaurants and stores, and just minutes away from Dublin Bridge Park.

Carlos and his team were exceptional throughout my stay, providing outstanding service and support. I enjoyed the experience so much that I decided to renew my lease. If you’re looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Columbus, I highly recommend this property!

This place was just what we needed. It was clean, quiet, and located in an extremely safe neighborhood. It was just right for my husband and me to stay while he worked! I love that there are so many walking trails and amenities nearby. The owner was so gracious to work with us on the length of our stay, as job changes are often unforeseen. If were ever in the area again, we wont hesitate to book here!

The condo was clean, comfortable, and overall a perfect space for my girlfriend and me. The location was great, with plenty to do nearby, and we really appreciated having access to the pool and gym. Carlos, the host, was very communicative and made sure everything went smoothly during our stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I had a wonderful experience living in this apartment. The space is extremely well appointed and spacious, with high ceilings that make the entire place feel open and comfortable. The unit came fully furnished with everything you could possibly need aside from your personal belongings so moving in was easy.

The one-bedroom layout is perfect, and the bed was genuinely comfortable. The bathroom is roomy and well-designed, and having in-unit laundry was a huge convenience.

The community is very dog-friendly, with dog waste bag stations and cans placed throughout the walking paths, which makes daily walks easy and clean.

The landlords were incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely great to work with. Any questions or needs were handled quickly and professionally, and they truly made the stay feel welcoming.

Overall, this is a fantastic place to live comfortable, convenient, and very well cared for. Id absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, move-in-ready home!

Everything at this place was pretty great. Its super comfortable and has a good real home-like feeling. Its loaded with plenty of cooking utensils / cutlery which is typically one of the things you don’t have enough of from places at least in my experience. Both tenants also made it super easy to communicate and answered any questions I had.

Carlos and Griffin are amazing hosts! They were welcoming and fast to answer with any inquires. This apartment is in a prime downtown location with 7-10 min commute to Nationwide Children’s. I couldn’t recommend this place more. Thank you Carlos and Griffin for making my stay a great one 🙂

This property is absolutely charming, safe, and has everything you need for that temporary stay! The property managers are excellent with communication and make sure that if there’s any issues they get handled as soon as possible. It’s in such an amazing location where you could walk to the grocery store and even some local restaurants nearby, and has easy access to the highways. It was the perfect home for me with the most comfortable king size bed in the master bedroom and all the amenities that I needed for my temporary stay. I would highly recommend this!

Amazing experience! I am a travel social worker and with about 1 month left in my assignment I finally decided to leave my less than ideal apartment I was renting. Thanks to C I was able to quickly transition into this wonderful place on short notice. It instantly felt like home, back to a modern, upscale, safe, fun area! Such a great location with plenty of food options and great outdoor activities! Highly recommend this amazing condo to fellow travelers seeking the best place to stay in Columbus!

The hosts are great. Very responsive and communicate well. There was an issue with the shower door leaking onto the bathroom floor. They coordinated the repair, replaced the bath mat, and left me a bottle of wine for the hassle. I was very pleased. The place itself is in a great location and had everything I needed to be comfortable.

This apartment is perfect for a single traveler who wants to make sure they are in a safe location. The building is super secure, the garage is right outside the entrance, and the whole area is super walkable. The pool area is amazing. I was worried about having a loud upstairs neighbor but I didn’t hear them at all. This was my fifth rental I’ve had in the Columbus area for assignments over the years and by far my favorite.

Overall, a wonderful apartment in a nice community just minutes from Riverside Hospital. Also has easy access to 315 and I71 to get you anywhere else in the city/area for events and food. C and G were great landlords: quick to respond to any issues I had during my stay and communicated well throughout! The unit is perfect for a traveling single or couple. It had a well stocked kitchen with all the cook wear and utensils you could need along with the full sized fridge and dishwasher. The large comfortable sectional and TV with included Disney bundle was an added bonus! Honestly, one of the best units I’ve stayed in during my time traveling.

The condos are well-maintained and furnished with modern amenities. Each unit is clean, spacious, and equipped with essential household items, providing a home-like environment. I really enjoyed my stay!
